My husband and I were connected to Al through our mortgage company via Zillow. Al was always friendly, professional, and very responsive. He was always quick to respond to us, whether via text, email, or phone call. He really listened to what my husband and I were looking for in our first home, and he genuinely cared for us not only as clients but also as friends. He really went above and beyond throughout the whole process - from looking at houses to putting in an offer to closing. Al took the time to show us as many houses as we wanted to see, sometimes even seeing the same house several times! My husband and I felt no pressure whatsoever to buy. Al made what is usually a stressful process a pretty calm one. Our first home-buying experience could not have gone better, and we have Al to thank for that.
